Licensing system proposed for airgun owners in Scotland

Airgun owners will need a licence under new proposals from the Scottish government.

The government has announced a consultation on how a licensing regime would work.

The campaign to tighten controls of airguns gathered momentum after the death of Glasgow toddler Andrew Morton.
