Scotch whisky loses in minimum alcohol price block
The Scotch Whisky Association has lost its legal challenge against government plans for minimum pricing for alcohol.
A judge at the Court of Session in Edinburgh has ruled that ministers have the power to introduce the measure to protect public health.
