Investment could keep hundreds of jobs at Longannet in Fife
A major overhaul is underway at the power station at Longannet in Fife.
For the past 40 years the coal-fired plant has generated around half of Scotland's electricity.
Scottish Power say the investment should keep it operating for many years to come.
