Glasgow helicopter crash: 'Waiting for news of our loved one'

As a ninth body is recovered from the wreckage of Glasgow's Clutha pub that was destroyed by a police helicopter, some family members have spoken of their frustration at the way the operation was carried out.

The father and sister of Mark O'Prey, Ian and Louise O'Prey, told the BBC that if emergency services had got inside the building more quickly, more lives would have been saved.

They continue to wait for news of Mark, who they have not heard from since Friday.

''We know for definite Mark's in there, and we've had no news since. We're still waiting.''
