'Independence needed for childcare plan'

New figures have been released by the Scottish government which aim to demonstrate why independence is necessary to achieve a transformational shift in childcare.

BBC's Sunday Politics Scotland programme was given the economic analysis which said the policy, to generate a "virtuous cycle of growth", could not happen within the UK.
