Donald Trump considers selling Aberdeen golf course land

Donald Trump has said he is considering selling some of his land at the Menie Estate in Aberdeenshire after withdrawing a planning application to build a second golf course.

It follows a Court of Session ruling that Scottish ministers were entitled to grant consent for an offshore windfarm in Aberdeen Bay.

Mr Trump has opposed the development, saying it is bad for tourism.

The tycoon's son Donald Junior says they could now consider selling some of the land they hold at Menie.

BBC Scotland's Kevin Keane reports.
