Peter Capaldi: Glasgow School of Art will be 'reborn'
Actor Peter Capaldi has filmed a message for students affected by the blaze at the Glasgow School of Art (GSA).
The Doctor Who actor, who graduated in graphic design from GSA in 1980, said: "I'm so sorry to all of you who have lost your degree shows.
"All I can say to you is that you are artists. This will only add to your story and you will be reborn and rise from the ashes even stronger."
The short film ends with Capaldi saying that he hopes the fire-damaged Mackintosh building can be restored.
