Mother retraces son to Lockerbie bombing

A mother who only found out last year that her son was killed in the 1988 Lockerbie jumbo-jet bombing has made an emotional visit to the spot where he fell.

Carol King Eckersley has just begun to grieve for her only child, Kenneth Bissett, 25 years after his death.

She has been piecing together his life and last moments with help from those who knew him.

Carol's search for the child she gave for adoption is documented in "My Lost Son" which will be shown tonight on BBC One Scotland at 19:30.
