Scottish independence: Osborne reveals 'no vote' action plan
Chancellor George Osborne has said more powers for Scotland will be set out in the next few days to give greater autonomy, if voters decide to stay in the United Kingdom.
He was speaking after an opinion poll indicated a narrow majority in favour of leaving the UK. It is the first time a mainstream poll has put the Yes campaign ahead.
Speaking to the BBC's Andrew Marr, Mr Osborne said the plan, which had been discussed by the Conservatives, Labour and Liberal Democrats, offered Scotland ''the best of both worlds''.
