Darling: Promises on Scotland 'must be delivered'

Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond has said "No" voters in last week's independence referendum were "tricked" by a late vow of more devolved powers.

But speaking to the BBC's Andrew Marr, Alistair Darling, who led the Better Together campaign, said that party leaders in Westminster had made an absolute commitment on an agreement that was "non-negotiable".

"It was promised. It has got to be delivered", he added.
