NHS funding increased in draft Scottish budget
Scottish Finance Secretary John Swinney has announced new funding for the NHS in Scotland in the draft budget 2015-16.
Mr Swinney said he had directly addressed previous concerns that the NHS in Scotland would have its funding cut: "Some in the opposition have suggested the NHS budget would be cut next year by £450m.
"Not for the first time, presiding officer, they are wrong."
Details of the Land and Buildings Transaction Tax and Scottish Landfill Tax, the first Scottish taxes in more than 300 years, were also outlined.
