Edinburgh aims for widespread 20mph speed limits

Council leaders in Edinburgh have said they will push ahead with plans to introduce a 20mph speed limit across much of the capital.

Work could begin later this year if the proposals are passed.

Campaigners are now calling on towns and cities elsewhere in Scotland to follow suit.
