TTIP: EU-US trade deal leaked to the BBC

A leaked draft of what the European Union wants excluded from a new trade deal with the United States has been obtained by BBC Scotland.

The document has sparked a fresh row over whether the transatlantic trade and investment partnership (TTIP) could open the NHS to privatisation.
