RNLI trawler rescue in stormy seas off Lewis

Footage shows a trawler being tossed in the waves, off the coast of the Isle of Lewis, when sea conditions resulted in 4m high waves.

The RNLI lifeboat, from Stornoway, was called to the scene after the boat began taking on water on Saturday afternoon.

All three crewmen cut through fishing gear before the trawler was escorted to harbour that evening.
