'Make drivers liable' say cycling campaigners

Cycling campaigners have presented a report to the Scottish Parliament for a law which would presume drivers are liable in accidents involving bikes, unless proved otherwise.

Roadshare, external say it would create a safer environment for all vulnerable road users and encourage active travel.
