School of art damage inventory revealed

The full extent of what was pulled from the ashes of the Glasgow Art school fire, has been revealed.

Fragments of rare books and furniture, along with ornate light fittings from the famous

Mackintosh library, have been carefully catalogued and stored for research and restoration.

Aileen Clarke has been hearing how the delicate project to save as much as possible of the original fittings, is going.
