Radical action to tackle housing poverty says charity

An independent commission investigating Scotland's housing policy has called for radical action to help deal with poverty and inequality.

The commission, established two years ago by the charity Shelter, says if its recommendations are not followed, what it calls a "crisis" in housing will deepen.
