Women bear brunt of welfare cuts say MSPs

A long-running investigation by MSPs has found that women have been hardest hit by changes to the benefits system.

Holyrood's Welfare Reform Committee says some of the changes have been devastating and it has made a series of recommendations to ease the burden.
