David Cameron: 'Aberdeen deal is a good one'

Prime Minister David Cameron has told Good Morning Scotland the £250m City Deal for Aberdeen was a "good thing".

He denied he had "short-changed" the region and said the funding boost was a "positive thing".

Mr Cameron has now travelled to Brussels for a bilateral meeting with Jean-Claude Juncker, president of the European Commission, to discuss the UK's renegotiation of its membership with the EU.

He said a referendum on EU membership was necessary: "after 40 years it is time once again to have our say".
