Shopkeeper relives terror of shop attack

The vast majority of local shopkeepers in Scotland experienced theft in 2015, a study has shown.

Research by the Scottish Grocers' Federation revealed that most threatening incidents happened when a sale was refused or identification requested.

About 90% of respondents said they had experienced some form of theft.

One Glasgow shopkeeper has told BBC Scotland's Catriona Renton about the horrifying moment when he was attacked in his premises in January.
