Singing Glasgow policeman wows in pub karaoke

A singing policeman has taken to the stage in a Glasgow pub to share his version of Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive".

The officer, Sgt Jon Harris, had been dealing with an earlier alleged assault when he was persuaded to take the mic.

Peter McKenna-Boyd, who filmed the show on his mobile phone, told BBC Scotland that his performance impressed all who heard him: "Everybody just loved it and no one expected it".

Fellow police officers even stopped to watch the performance.
