Scottish outpost for Russian news agency

The Russian news agency Sputnik has launched a bureau in Edinburgh.

The organisation - which is funded by the Russian government - says it wants to provide Scots with alternative ways of looking at news, but critics says it is propaganda for the Kremlin.
