Documents shed light on Scot who died in Auschwitz

Recently discovered documents belonging to a Church of Scotland missionary, who died in Auschwitz concentration camp, have shed light on her life.

Jane Haining is the only Scot to be officially honoured for giving her life to help Jews during the Holocaust.

The Dumfriesshire woman was arrested on suspicion of espionage in 1944 and died later that year.
