Bailey Gwynne school stabbing: 'No one could have imagined'

The head boy of the school where schoolboy Bailey Gwynne died says pupils were confused and unaware of the severity of the incident.

Luke Morrice was in class on the afternoon of 28 October 2015 when rumours began circulating of an incident in the school.

Speaking to the BBC, he said: "No one knew what had actually happened and there was just a lot of confusion."

A fellow pupil was convicted of the fatal stabbing of Bailey and jailed for nine years for culpable homicide.
