Nicola Sturgeon defends health budget's financial challenges
Nicola Sturgeon has been defending the Scottish government's record on managing the health budget.
A report by Audit Scotland report found that health boards would have to make "unprecedented" savings this year and that NHS Scotland had failed to meet seven of its eight key waiting times targets.
Scottish Conservative leader Ruth Davidson described the government's handling of the health service was a "scandal".
The first minister said the challenges faced by the NHS were not unique to Scotland but the government had responded well to these demands compared to other parts of the UK.
