Alasdair Gray on his 'unfinished work'

Artist and writer Alasdair Gray is due to make his first public appearance since a fall which left him badly injured.

The 81 year old spent six months in intensive care after the fall at his home in Glasgow in the summer of 2015. Although now confined to a wheelchair, he has begun working again on a number of projects.

Mr Gray spoke to BBC Scotland's arts correspondent Pauline McLean about his unfinished work and what he would have done if he had been born wealthy.
