Humpback whales filmed and photographed underwater in UK first

Humpback whales have been filmed and photographed underwater for what it thought to be the first time in Britain.

Diver and cameraman Richard Shucksmith swam with the two 30-tonne mammals off the coast of Shetland.

He said the of the experience: "It was exhilarating, exciting, fun and just a little bit nervous".

Fellow wildlife guide Brydon Thomason filmed the trip.
