'NHS needs more than sticking plasters'

The Scottish government has been accused of "hiding behind Covid" over problems in the NHS.

At First Minister's Questions, Scottish Conservative leader Douglas Ross said ministers were "scrambling about putting sticking plasters over each new crisis".

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said the pandemic was having a significant impact and extra funding and new initiatives were being put in place where needed.
