Wildfire burns near passing motorists in the Highlands

Footage taken by the passenger of a car shows a wildfire burning next to a trunk road in the Highlands.

The video was taken on the A830 south of Mallaig.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said five appliances were at the scene and crews were fighting two fire fronts covering about 80 acres.

The incident comes amid a SFRS extreme wildfire risk warning for west and north east Scotland.
