Nicola Sturgeon says her priority is not cutting tax for top 10%

Scotland's First Minister tells MSPs in Holyrood that it is not her priority to cut taxation for the top 10% income earners.

She made her pledge during FMQs in the Scottish Parliament chamber.

Ahead of the weekly Q&A it was confirmed that the SNP-led administration and the Scottish Greens had struck a deal on the Scottish budget.

The parliament will debate and vote on the budget later.
