Chevron oil refinery explosion kills four in Pembroke

Investigators are still at the scene of a fire and explosion at an oil refinery which killed four workers and badly injured another.

It happened on Thursday evening at a Chevron plant in Pembroke, while maintenance was being carried out on a storage tank.
