Charge more, ex-editor Neil Fowler urges Western Mail
Neil Fowler, a former editor of the Western Mail, says it needs to be brave and consider charging more for its content.
The National Union of Journalists says the national newspaper of Wales may be turned into a weekly - which is denied by the company - but Mr Fowler believes owners are monitoring similar action elsewhere.
