Torch bearer Richie Denyer carries Olympic flame at Brynhoffnant
Torch bearer Richie Denyer, 60, from Aberystwyth, is carrying the Olympic flame through Brynhoffnant, Ceredigion, where his mother went to school.
He suffered a stroke while riding a motorbike and became disabled.
He had to relearn all basic skills and then took up sailing becoming an instructor to help disabled people to learn.
