Ex-criminal joins theft from car crime fight in north Wales
A former criminal is helping North Wales Police to promote a campaign to cut a 14% rise in thefts from cars this year.
Wyn Williams, 48, from Caernarfon, says motorists can leave rich pickings on show for opportunist thieves.
Police will be writing to drivers who leave valuables such as laptops, phones and cameras on display in their cars to warn they are at risk for falling victim to crime.
