Lord Alf Morris: Tributes to disabled rights pioneer

Welsh 11-times Paralympic champion Dame Tanni Grey Thompson and former Plaid Cymru leader Lord Wigley, a campaigner on disability issues, pay tribute to Lord Morris of Manchester.

Alf Morris was the first minister for disabled people, and he was responsible for the blue badge scheme to help people park their cars in accessible spaces, which is now used by more than 2m people, among many other things.

Dame Tanni and Lord Wigley spoke to Vaughan Roderick on Sunday Supplement on BBC Radio Wales.
