Luke Jenkins: Father's anger over Bristol NHS report into boy's death

The father of a boy from Cardiff who died following a cardiac arrest after having heart surgery has criticised a report into the circumstances surrounding his death.

Luke Jenkins, aged seven, was expected to make a full recovery after corrective surgery at Bristol Children's Hospital in 2010.

The report by University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust says that bank holiday staff shortages contributed to his death and there was a series of human errors which could have been avoided in Luke's care.

Luke's father Stephen Jenkins spoke to Sian Lloyd of BBC Wales.
