Awema: Report is latest in long line of criticisms of Welsh government

A Wales Audit Office report is the latest in a long line of reports that have criticised the way the Welsh government deals with grant management, says BBC Wales political editor Betsan Powys.

The body was wound up in February after "significant and fundamental failures".

Betsan Powys explains the impact the report has had.
