Talyllyn Railway in appeal for help

One of the oldest steam railways in Wales is appealing to its supporters for help because of falling passenger numbers.

The Talyllyn Railway in Gwynedd is regarded as the first railway in the world to be saved from closure by enthusiasts.

But managers say that even heritage steam railways are finding it tough in the current economic climate.
