Surveyors' warning over derelict homes rise in Wales

Empty houses left rundown can be a blight on a neighbourhood - and the issue seems to be a growing problem.

Figures obtained by BBC Wales suggest the number of empty properties in Wales has gone up 10% in the last two years.

The Welsh government says its already tackling the problem but some housing experts say much more needs to be done.
