Welsh council tax benefit cut averted with £22m 'found'

A cut to council tax benefit which would have meant hundreds of thousands of people in Wales losing out will no longer go ahead.

The Welsh government previously said it could not afford to plug the gap in funding from Westminster, but now says it has found the £22m it needs to do so.
