'Keeping an eye on neighbours' in south Wales valleys

Local government consultant Jeff Jones from Bridgend says communities in the south Wales valleys will keep an eye out for their neighbours during the heavy snow.

"We have a great tradition in the valleys of looking out for each other," he told Bethan Rhys Roberts on BBC Radio Wales.
