Mortgage lending set to increase by Principality Building Society
Wales's largest building society Principality has announced its results for the year ending 31 December 2012.
Latest figures show the company made a profit of £25m in 2012, up marginally on the previous year.
The figures also show there was a big rise in its mortgage lending last year, particularly for first time buyers in Wales.
Principality chief executive Graeme Yorston said he was optimistic going forward.
But what does all this mean for savers, and possible savers in Wales?
