Fewer Welsh councils needed - Ex-WLGA leader John Davies

A review should be held of local councils in Wales with a view to reorganisation, says a former leader of the Welsh Local Government Association.

Pembrokeshire councillor John Davies told Vaughan Roderick on BBC Radio Wales' Sunday Supplement why he thinks a smaller number of councils is needed.
