'Slow progress' over illegal school exclusions in Wales

The children's commissioner has told BBC Wales he's frustrated at the slow progress being made in tackling unlawful exclusions from schools.

Keith Towler says the Welsh government should be applauded for carrying out research into unlawful exclusions in 2011.

BBC Wales' education correspondent, Arwyn Jones, has more details.
