Meow meow: Drug experts' conference over 'legal highs'

Drug experts from across the UK are meeting in Swansea to talk about the growing popularity of legal highs, and particularly mephedrone, also known as meow meow.

The drug was classified as a class B substance in April 2010, but last year saw an increase in the number of people in south west Wales taking the drug.

Dr Adam Winstock, a consultant psychologist at the Global Drugs Survey, told Oliver Hides on Good Morning Wales about the mephedrone problem in south west Wales.
