Gwynedd council leader Dyfed Edwards urges big shake-up

In the week that Welsh councils have been deciding which services might be cut in an attempt to make savings, one leader has called for a radical shake-up.

Gwynedd council leader Dyfed Edwards says there should only be two councils in north Wales instead of the current six, and it could save more than £200m.
