'Improve NHS complaints system' call
There is to be a review of the way the NHS in Wales is inspected and new procedures will be put in place to make sure wards have enough staff.
It follows one of the biggest scandals in the recent history of the NHS in Mid Staffordshire.
The Welsh government said it would use the findings of the Francis report to improve care at Welsh hospitals.
But there are also calls for the way the NHS in deals with complaints to be beefed up.
