Budget 2013: The effect on big projects in Wales

The Welsh government has labelled Chancellor George Osborne's 2013 Budget as "disappointing" and says it falls "far short of what is urgently required".

Ministers in Wales will have more money to spend on infrastructure projects over the next two years but much less than the £400m plus First Minister Carwyn Jones had called for.
