RAF search and rescue operations in Wales to end

Search and rescue operations at RAF Valley on Anglesey are to end with the service transferring to Caernarfon and a new base will also be opened at St Athan in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Two helicopters will be based at both sites.

It comes after an American company won the contract to run the UK's search and rescue helicopter service.

BBC Wales business correspondent Nick Servini reports.
