New homes too small and dark, agree architects in Wales

A survey commissioned by the Royal Institute of British Architecture (RIBA), says new-build homes in the UK are often too small and too dark.

The survey also suggests an overwhelming public desire that the UK government set standards which will make new homes better.

BBC Radio Wales' Good Morning Wales presenter Felicity Evans spoke to Andy Sutton, President of the Royal Society of Architecture in Wales.
